We all want to feel good about ourselves and the lives we lead and we are all seeking better ways to be happy. But have we been looking in the right places? Have we found what really makes us feel better? Can all of us enjoy a good life without harming the natural world? In this illuminating talk, three happiness heroes share their fascinating secrets. 

Guest speakers include Dr Jude Currivan, Amisha Ghadiali, Melissa Smith and Betsy Reed.

Dr Jude Currivan 

Jude is a cosmologist, planetary healer, futurist and author. Previously one of the most senior business women in the UK, she has a Master’s degree in Physics from Oxford University specializing in quantum physics and cosmology, and a Doctorate in Archaeology from the University of Reading researching ancient cosmologies. She has travelled to nearly 80 countries, worked with wisdom keepers from many traditions, and been a life-long researcher into the scientific and experiential understanding of the nature of reality. Dav Panesar
Dav is scientist, transpersonal psychologist and researcher in consciousness studies. He is visionary, disrupter and the pioneer in right-mindfulness and contemplative based health and human development. Melissa Smith

Betsy Reed is a sustainability strategist, campaigner and yoga teacher. Whether she's working with governments, corporates or communities to find creative solutions to transform the fashion, food or energy systems or teaching yoga, she's always working to help others create a sustainable future.
