We all want to feel good about ourselves and the lives we lead and we are all seeking better ways to be happy. But have we been looking in the right places? Have we found what really makes us feel better? Can all of us enjoy a good life without harming the natural world? In this illuminating talk, three happiness heroes share their fascinating secrets. 

Guest speakers include Dr Jude Currivan, Amisha Ghadiali, Melissa Smith and Betsy Reed.

Dr Jude Currivan 

Jude is a cosmologist, planetary healer, futurist and author. Previously one of the most senior business women in the UK, she has a Master’s degree in Physics from Oxford University specializing in quantum physics and cosmology, and a Doctorate in Archaeology from the University of Reading researching ancient cosmologies. She has travelled to nearly 80 countries, worked with wisdom keepers from many traditions, and been a life-long researcher into the scientific and experiential understanding of the nature of reality. The author of 6 books, most recently the award-winning The Cosmic Hologram.

Amisha Ghadiali
Amisha is an activist, yoga facilitator and intuitive healer. She is interested in where our inner and outer worlds meet. She hosts the globally acclaimed podcast ‘The Future Is Beautiful’ which weaves together Politics, Spirituality, Creativity and Sustainability – to inspire us each to rise up and create a beautiful future. She facilitates the online community Presence Collective, where these themes and how they relate to our daily life are explored further. Amisha also holds Yoga workshops and Rituals internationally, which bring together Mantra, Asana, Meditation, Mudra, Mythology, Dance, Philosophy, Activism, Energy clearing and deep dives into the psyche.

Melissa Smith
Melissa's journey since 2014 is the result of advice from her sister following her diagnosis of a rare spinal condition and ME. “Focus on what you can do” has led Melissa to explore many different opportunities in her quest to Feel Good - Creative, visual doodler, activist, social entrepreneur, community organiser, community builder, product designer.  What can you focus on to help you to Feel Good?

Betsy Reed
Betsy Reed is a sustainability strategist, campaigner and yoga teacher. Whether she's working with governments, corporates or communities to find creative solutions to transform the fashion, food or energy systems or teaching yoga, she's always working to help others create a sustainable future. She's currently writing a handbook on communicating sustainability issues effectively. and
