HOW DO I BUY TICKETS?

Most events are individually ticketed, so you can choose activities to suit your tastes, budget and availability. Some events are free and for these you just turn up on the day! There is no ‘weekend ticket’ that will give you access to all the events. The full programme is listed on the ‘What’s On’ page.

HOW DO I GET TO THE VENUE?

As a festival we care deeply about our environmental impact and therefore we encourage you to travel to the venue via public transport. All venue transport information can be found below:

WHO IS ORGANISING THE FESTIVAL?

CHANGE Festival has been created and curated by Festival Director Becky Burchell, in close partnership with Warwick Arts Centre.

Becky is a Futures Producer and her practice is Hopeism: sharing stories of hope to inspire change. Her work is at the intersection of the arts, environmentalism and social justice and she takes a holistic response to the multiple challenges we all face. In 2019, she launched CHANGE Festival to elevate people, ideas and narratives that celebrate bold new ways of living, where humanity and the natural world are both able to thrive. The festival welcomed over 1,000 people throughout the weekend who attended over 20 events. Becky’s other works include the 2019 play ‘The World We Made’ and short film series ‘Rise Up’ (2020). Both projects tell of different characters, as they each find their own motivation to rise up and respond to the environmental and climate crisis. Becky lives with her family in a small estate village in Dorset, where she is working with local stakeholders to create a 50 year regenerative vision, for the land, the houses and the community.

WHO OWNS CHANGE FESTIVAL?

CHANGE Festival is set up as a Community Interest Company (CIC), with Becky Burchell as the main Director. Being a CIC means that we have a legal duty to run the festival to benefit our audiences and no one will ‘profit’ from the festival. Any income is invested straight back into the festival!
